DECONSTRUCTING THE ARTWORK

This dark space conveys danger but also seduction with its serpentine shapes, hidden messages, and doors to unknown destinations. The feeling of being watched and surveilled suggests imminent confinement, yet it also awakens curiosity and the desire to explore further. It evokes the possibility of change, a revolution, promising to expand individualism and break the rules. This promise of metamorphosis attracts, albeit with caution not to fall prey to the trap hidden among its shadows.

This character, elevated above the surface of the artwork, personifies the cosmos that surrounds it. Its composition is rigid, sturdy, and solid, necessary to physically and spiritually sustain its dominion. Its knowledge spreads like spider webs, emanating from eggs and giving rise to loyal beings that back and support it in its task.

Right side main piece:

This space acts like a mirror to its counterpart on the left side. Although built on the same foundations, it contrasts with an imposed rigidity that restricts the freedom to question or act. Exploration is prohibited, forcing us to adhere to pre-established norms and to be carried along by them. It is not a dangerous environment in itself, but rather one that exiles you without tangible threats; you feel trapped, even knowing that nothing bad will happen.

It rises majestically above the surface of the artwork, embodying the cosmos that envelops it. Its presence imposes a sense of solidity and strength, necessary to sustain its dominion both physically and spiritually. Composed of precise lines and geometric shapes, it radiates an aura of inflexible authority, rigidly overseeing the flawless functioning of its surroundings. It tolerates no questioning or deviations from the norm, imposing its will with unyielding firmness.

Columns:

The columns stand on both sides as witnesses to a winding journey, representing the path from one end to the other. Their steps meander up and down, symbolizing the difficulties and challenges to be overcome along the way. As you progress, the red colors gradually fade into blue tones, and vice versa, reflecting the transition from one plane to another.

Upon reaching the end of each path, you encounter doors guarded by two sentinels, each pair reflecting the distinctive characteristics of their respective realms. These doors represent the crucial passage to the other space, though they are jealously guarded, challenging one to demonstrate ingenuity before entry is allowed.

These connectors act as transfigurations, absorbing and processing the essence of the spaces they connect to shape their own creations, represented by fetuses that merge characteristics from both environments. These beings, in turn, integrate into the very fabric of the material space.
