This painting is distinguished by its technical structure, consisting of multiple layers that feature different levels of depth. This technique gives the artwork characteristics more akin to a sculpture than to a traditional painting, with each layer offering diverse finishes and textures.

The layered design is not just a technical achievement but also reflects the central theme of the painting. The work explores the idea that individuals can perceive the same events differently, highlighting variations in personal perception. Additionally, it references the theory of multiple universes, according to which different realities can coexist and occur simultaneously in separate universes. This theory suggests that each decision creates a new parallel universe, infinitely expanding the possibilities of existence.

Crucially, the painting emphasizes nature as a fundamental axis. Within a central triangle, life and nature are depicted in their splendor, while outside this triangle, an extinct and decaying environment is shown. This symbolizes the extinction and creation of life as a cyclical and inevitable process, integrating the dynamics of nature into the concept of multiple realities and perceptions.

DECONSTRUCTING THE ARTWORK

Outside the pyramid

Outside the pyramid, the universe seems to be approaching its end; yet, even in this adverse situation, life continues its struggle to move forward, evolve, survive, escape dangers, or dominate others. This scenario emphasizes the importance of preserving natural function and caring for our environment. In other words, it highlights the need to seek a full natural state, free from external impacts.

Inside the pyramid

The pyramid acts as a protective sanctuary where nature flourishes in its purest and freest state. Within its bounds, primitive life thrives without human intervention, while human development is reduced to mere ruins, silent witnesses of a bygone era. The structure of the pyramid itself symbolizes stability and durability, suggesting that the natural environment, when cared for and respected, can sustain and regenerate itself over time.
